HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? ( 1 + 2 )
The delivery period consists of two periods
together:
1) Processing time (1-2 working days):
Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging
ATTENTION: Due to the coronavirus, there may be delays on the part of the shipping service providers!
The order will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours of being placed. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, production will be commissioned. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure quality and package it.
2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 7-10 working days):
The time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse it takes:
- Austria 3-14 working days*
- Germany 3-14 working days*
- Switzerland 3-14 working days*
to be delivered to the destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as the packing and processing process of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

Shipment
•When will my item be shipped?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11am (GMT) will be dispatched the same business day.
•How long does delivery take?
You will receive our email to track your package after you complete your order.
Due to high demand, delivery may take 7-15 days.
•How can I track my shipment?
An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is completed. You can track your order via the email or track it here.
•What if I didn't receive my shipping confirmation email?
Shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address once your package is shipped (within 3 business days of your order). However, sometimes it might end up in your spam folder. You can check your spam folder. If the above method doesn't work, it might happen that you provided an incorrect email address.

•What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT or Stripe. All our payments are processed in GBP.
•Do I have to pay customs duties?
NO! You do not have to pay for any part of the shipment. Enjoy our free shipping service.
Return Policy and Complaints
•Can I return my item?
Enjoy hassle-free returns! You have 14 days after purchasing from BestHeandler to return it for a 100% refund, no questions asked. We truly believe you will love this product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
• I would like to file a complaint, how can I do that?
You can send us an email with your complaints (preferably with pictures of damaged or defective products) to customer service at bestheandler@outlook.de.
• I made a mistake in my order, can you change it?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the item once the shipping confirmation has been received.
